Why Sea kayaking
There is something uniquely powerful about moving across open water under your own power.
The steady rhythm of paddling, the sound of the sea and the simple focus of navigating the coastline create the conditions for your mind to gradually settle.

Reviews from our clients
Never a wrong decision to have some time with Dave and book in a 121 or one of his experiences. I’ve had the privilege of spending time outdoors with Dave, and his depth of knowledge and calm confidence are immediately evident. He brings years of experience in kayaking and wilderness skills, but never with ego, super personable and genuine.
Dave is an extremely good teacher – enthusiastic, competent and very patient. He instils knowledge in a practical and thorough way, and he is a very likeable person.

Neither. It’s a guided outdoor reset designed around movement, simplicity, and time in
nature - not luxury or sightseeing. What Is My Wild Reset?
Most holidays are designed for escape, and most guided kayaking tours focus on sightseeing and
basic paddling. My Wild Reset is intentionally structured around mental reset, not entertainment.
Sea kayaking is used as a tool — combined with bushcraft, simple outdoor living, and guided
downtime — to create the conditions for clarity, focus, and recovery. You’re not just being led along
a route; you’re learning skills, slowing down, disconnecting from noise, and using the environment to
reset how you feel and think.
Groups are kept small to ensure safety, personal attention, and a more meaningful
experience, which typically is between 6-10 people max.
Yes. All core safety and paddling equipment is included - including sea kayaks, paddles, buoyancy
aids, and safety gear - so you can arrive without needing to plan, buy, or store specialist kit.
For Weekend and Week-Long Resets, there is also an optional VIP Kit Upgrade, offering
premium-quality outdoor and camping equipment for those who want a more refined setup without
the hassle of sourcing their own gear. Explore the specific offers for more detailed information.
Conditions are monitored carefully. If weather affects safety or quality, plans are adapted or
rescheduled, where needed. Don’t worry, we will always keep you informed if plans need to
be changed.
Absolutely. Many people join solo and find the shared experience naturally creates
connection.
It’s both — a gentle challenge creates the conditions for real recovery. You’re supported
every step of the way.
